Apple publica por sorpresa iOS 10.1.1, corrigiendo un bug en la app Salud
While it is true that last week we saw iOS 10.1.1 reaching the whole audience with bug fixes in the Health app and other small errors, now it seems that Apple has released iOS 10.1.1 again What does this mean? That there is a new version of iOS available to update but it is still iOS 10.1.1
Usually when these things happen it is because there was simply a problem with the installer and there are no changes that affect users as such . That is why if you upgraded to iOS 10.1.1 without any problems you will not be upgraded again as there are simply no changes available for you.
There is probably a problem in the installer, as there are no internal changes the update will not jump back to you
This is something that happened recently with a Sierra MacOS system, and what Apple does is simply change the build that is sent to the devices . If last week it was 14B100 the installer, now we have 14B150.
Taking advantage of this release, Apple has also sent a new version of Safari Technology Preview, version 17 , to the developers and users registered in the beta . As you may know, the Safari Technology Preview is the version of Safari for testing new features and functionalities that will later reach the end user.
If you want to try this new version of Safari, just download it from its official website. It’s complementary to Safari and generally doesn’t cause any problems , although like any beta version of an app, you should always be cautious.
