Apple reduces the official price of 1TB models by more than 200 euros

Just yesterday we saw how Apple is gradually reducing the price of iPhones when they increase their storage. It’s not just the iPhone, the iPad Pro has also lowered its official price considerably on the largest storage model of all. Just over 200 euros lowered compared to the official price.

The change is only in the higher storage models of the 2018 iPad Pro . Both the 11-inch iPad Pro and the 12.9-inch iPad Pro have reduced their final price by more than 200 euros. Specifically, the prices have changed as follows:

  • 11″ iPad Pro with 1TB (Wi-Fi): From ?1,709 to ?1,489.
  • 11″ iPad Pro with 1TB (Wi-Fi + LTE): From ?1,879 to ?1,659.
  • 12.9″ iPad Pro with 1TB (Wi-Fi): From ?1,929 to ?1,709.
  • 12.9″ iPad Pro with 1TB (Wi-Fi + LTE): From ?2,099 to ?1,879.

The last time Apple updated the iPad Pro was in the fall of last year. Almost a year later, the brand has decided to offer a significant price reduction on its most powerful model of all. As we indicated yesterday, changes in the price per storage are often driven by supply and demand for flash memory in the technology industry.

In AppleiPad Pro (2018), analysis: the future is unstoppable

Another important factor to consider is that this renewal may mean that we will not have a renewal of the iPad Pro this year . Weeks ago it was suggested that we see a new updated model with minor changes. However, it seems that Apple did not want to update the iPad Pro during the iPhone 11 keynote. We’ll see if there are any changes in the catalogue during the rest of the autumn.
