Mac OS X Lion
Apple today released a new preview version for developers corresponding to the build 11A444d . 1.17 GB update that brings us a little closer to its final release this summer, most likely fueled by its final presentation (and announcement of the exact release date) during the WWDC opening keynote on June 6th.
The company doesn’t specify the changes made since the previous build, 11A430e, which all has to be said, was already a qualitative leap in terms of stability solving many of the bugs and problems I mentioned in my first impressions of the original beta back in February; but we’ll keep you posted if we discover anything new. For now, the new version solves an annoying problem that prevented third-party applications such as Google Chrome or Adobe Photoshop from closing properly.
