This new ad is part of the “If it’s not an iPhone, it’s not an iPhone” campaign, and as you can see they use the same style as the one used in previous spots . Here are some more details about the new iPhone 6 and Apple Pay ad. Let’s go!

In the half-minute ad, Apple points out that Apple Pay can currently be used in over a million establishments of all kinds : cafes, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, toy and clothing stores, among many others. On the other hand, the voice-over accompanying the spot comments that this method of payment is much safer than a credit card and keeps all your information in your possession.

Finally, as in the other videos of this campaign, ends with the slogan “If it’s not an iPhone, it’s not an iPhone” . As we said before, this ad will have very little reach and will not see the light in hundreds of countries around the world, including Spain, since Apple Pay is not available. But if you live in the United States or the United Kingdom, you can certainly watch it on TV.

Be that as it may, Apple doesn’t have to rest on its laurels and must do more than an ad to give its mobile payment service a boost if it doesn’t want to be left behind. Because other competing services, such as Samsung Pay, are well ahead of Apple Pay because it works in many more countries, and therefore reaches a greater number of users.

Therefore, all of us who live outside the United States, Canada, China, the United Kingdom or Australia, countries where Apple Pay is already in operation, have no choice but to wait for the American company to deploy .

What do you think of Apple’s latest announcement? Do you think it will take long before we can use Apple Pay in the UK?
