Apple’s payment system has been one of the company’s most successful bets in recent years, with the addition of a good number of banks and already covering 90% of card transactions in the United States.
Yes, it’s already a success in the United States, but what about other regions of the world? Apparently Apple doesn’t want to get out of the car and is now advertising a new job in London with the idea of creating the first team focused on Apple Pay outside the United States .
Apple’s job site has opened the first offer for what they call “Apple Pay Intern” in London, who will be in charge of making new contracts and be the link between banks, business partners and payment networks in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa , working hand in hand with the Apple Pay team in the United States.
So far this is the first step for the implementation of mobile payments in new regions of the world , being so far only one offer, but depending on the success and demand new offers can be opened not only in London, but in other countries that want to implement Apple Pay.
