All Apple fans who use both the iPad and the iPhone in their daily lives and even both are waiting for the release of the company’s much acclaimed new operating system: iOS 11. While Cupertino’s operators are polishing the last bugs that this newborn software still has, we make use of the previous version, i.e. iOS 10 .
Previously we had the option to upgrade from iOS 10.3.1 to 10.3.2 and go back from the more modern one to the one we mentioned first, but this will no longer be possible as Apple has stopped signing 10.3.1 so we can’t go back to this one anymore. The company has its reasons, because as we all know, one of the things that most characterizes the Bite Apple is its security and having an outdated version of this operating system would increase in a large percentage our vulnerability to programs and malware.
This is a big problem for users who have done the jailbreak , since they will lose this modification on their smartphone when they have to update it, but they also have little to worry about, since the same software engineers who have done this in previous versions of iOS will soon do it in the current and even future updates of this operating system.
As mentioned above, Apple has its reasons to stop supporting iOS 10.3.1, but the biggest and most important reason why they have done this is because security has increased in an impressive way in this version, until the workers of Cupertino’s company say that it cannot be compared to the security that iOS offered when it came out on 10.3 to what it is now .
If you don’t know how to update to iOS 10.3.2, here’s how: Go to settings, both on your iPhone and iPad, select the category General and after you have logged in, click on “Software Update” , the latest updateable version will appear on your device, but don’t be alarmed if there’s nothing there, it’s common and will take about two hours to come out .
If you have upgraded your iPhone or iPad to 10.3.2 in the last few days and want to go back to 10.3.1 you will not be able to, as you are stuck and your only output will be iOS 10.3.3 . We are looking forward to the release of iOS 11 and the iPhone 8, which will be the most expensive smartphone ever.
