Estas son las diferencias entre el nuevo Apple TV y su antecesor

This universal search, works as we have seen in iOS 9, we only need to put a concept, and we will appear the coincidences within all the available apps and content stored in the device. But in the case of Apple TV, many developers are still wondering how to add this option to their apps , since it is not included in the tvOS development kit.

The universal search on Apple TV has been restricted only to apps like Netflix, HBO Now, Showtime, Hulu and of course iTunes and all its stores , as we see, options like YouTube, Crackle and others have been left out, and no option to incorporate it in this first version of tvOS.

Fortunately, Apple has confirmed, through an interview with Tim Cook, that the universal search API on Apple TV will arrive later , within a new version of the tvOS development kit. With this, developers will be able to implement it in their apps, so that their content appears within any search.

So far no specific date has been announced for the API to be released, but what is a fact is that the Apple TV will be launched later this month with universal search limited to only these five services.
