A very limited number of users raised the alarm when they found that they could not accept phone calls on their iPhone X .
This is not a coverage error like iPhone 7, this problem would come in the warnings of incoming calls, where the few affected could not press the button to accept or decline the call.
We insist that is not a widespread problem , there are only limited cases of users who have left it reflected in various Internet forums. Apple has started looking at these reports to find a solution.
The MacRumors blog, has contacted Apple to confirm if they were aware of this problem in a limited number of users. Apple replied in the affirmative, adding that they had begun to look into the potential problem.
With the latest updates , this problem would not have disappeared, now that Apple is aware of it, they may start investigating to solve it as soon as possible.
Basically, the error consists of receiving a call, where the warning would not jump until after a few seconds , at best, it would, but preventing you from pressing any of the actions, such as accepting or reclining the call.
The Financial Times, also echoed this problem in a small group of users, as reported by MacRumors. In Spain , we have not seen any cases of this problem (at least by this editorial office).
The iPhone X is a device that attracts a lot of attention, any problem is magnified, but we insist that only a small group of users would be affected.
