Some owners of the 9.7-inch iPad Pro had a scare when they upgraded to iOS 9.3.2 and discovered on screen error 56 , after which they found their device unusable and had to connect it to iTunes to restore it. As usual in these situations, those affected began filling the firm’s support forums with messages .
This error refers to ‘a hardware problem’ according to Cupertino’s signature encoding, although it was initially saved from Apple. However, it finally confirmed to Rene Ritchie that it was a problem that affected a limited number of users .
The firm maintains that not many users are affected and among them, there are two situations : those who after displaying the error message manage to restore the iPad by connecting it to iTunes and those who do not. To these seconds, the firm suggests that contact the support directly or take the device to an Apple Store to offer a customized solution.
At the moment we don’t know more reactions from Apple on this matter and as Forbes points out, the solution will most likely come through a new version of iOS that will correct this error. This is not the first time that iOS 9.3 has experienced some kind of problem, and in fact, Apple had to temporarily remove the update for older devices after detecting problems among some users.
