Oh… the notch…! the controversial notch… Many users have criticized Apple for the design of its latest models iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. Others are very satisfied with this front top frame of the terminal’s screen. But there are other users, such as the one we’ll talk about today, who have even gone so far as to sue the company for the apple bite of this element of smartphone design.

The reason? The user objected in his lawsuit that notch considerably reduces the dimensions of the iPhone’s screen, claiming that Apple has used misleading advertising in the specifications of its mobile phones.

The complaint states that Apple lied about the screen specifications of the new iPhone models by including pixels and screen dimensions hidden behind the controversial notch . Therefore, the screen of the mobile device does not show all the content that it should, or at least not all the content that Apple boasted in the promotion of its product.
