At the beginning of the presentation we could see how they displayed a canvas where a track was drawn, a racing circuit. And this? We thought about that very moment. Well, that would be part of the demonstration of Anki, an artificial intelligence application for iOS.
Anki is, as we discussed, the way to bring artificial intelligence into everyday things. The example we saw was simple, small cars capable of detecting obstacles at a speed of 500 times per second. Anki Drive is the first manifestation of the work behind Anki.
The system will be available in autumn exclusively for iOS . From now on you can download the Anki Drive application, only for the US App Store, from which you can access more information about how the system works, the cars, etc.
A product that for most people will be no more than just another entertainment. Perhaps a game that will make fun of championships at the Apple Store. But without a doubt, as they advance in the development of such AI, we may be pleasantly surprised. At the moment, I think this is fantastic news for robotics lovers.
