The renovated Apple Store in Amsterdam reopened, **with a design that infuses the latest Apple retail thinking into this historic store***. Upgrades to the space began in March and were completed in phases, while parts of the store area remained open to customers.
As you can see in the pictures, shared by 9to5Mac, this renovated Apple Store brings all the design elements and features of a modern company store, to the Netherlands. Thus, a forum, a video wall, a meeting room, and even avenues and interior trees were added .
However, in order to preserve the elements of the site’s façade, Apple left the central architecture and façade of the historic Hirsch building largely unchanged , and focused on making changes in order to provide an improved in-store experience.
