All roads lead to one keynote: Rumorsphere

From tomorrow we will enter a hot period for Apple. Rumors indicate that we will have an event soon , even the date of April 4th is being considered. And if we count two weeks until that day, then we might get an official confirmation of that keynote .

But until it does, let’s summarize all the rumors that have been coming to us to be clear about what can be seen at that event and what we will see later in the fall. One more Sunday, we start our Rumorsfera .

The iPad is what we could see renewing itself in a few weeks, although some sources say we would see only one announcement to delay the launch for a few more weeks. There is talk of a new 10.5 or 10.9 inch model that would be launched separately from the other existing sizes or even replace the 9.7 inch model, but preserving the dimensions and eliminating the frames.

In this event at the end of March or April we will see minor new features on the iPhone . Apple would launch a red model of the iPhone 7 and extend the maximum storage capacity of the iPhone SE to 128GB. All these devices would release iOS 10.3, whose betas are launched at a good pace for developers to polish all the bugs left in the inkwell. macOS 10.12.4, tvOS 10.2 and watchOS 3.2 would also be released around this time.

Beyond the April event, there is talk of the future of the iPhone as never before: rumors and more rumors about a special edition that would feature an OLED screen and remove the frames to adopt a look similar to the LG G6 or the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8. Another detail: it would not carry USB-C and would keep the proprietary Lightning port. Your fingerprint reader would be hidden and integrated under that OLED display, which according to the latest leaks would still be flat and not curved.

When will we see all this? Well, in the fall, after that keynote from late March-beginning April has passed and we’ve seen everything on WwDC from June 5 about iOS 11 and macOS 10.13. We will have to be patient, but the good news is that the drought of news that always exists from October to March is about to end.
