According to Tim Cook, Apple doesn’t care if people don’t buy a new iPhone

We all know that Apple is a company with one of the best customer services in the industry to which our beloved Bite Apple belongs, this is something that has been known for several years now, although clearly all this has a price to pay, but as a rule they are usually very quick and efficient when it comes to solving our problems. A controversial move on the part of the Californian firm recently has been the battery program as they sold battery replacements for not-so-recent terminals at a very significant discount and Tim Cook has said that Apple doesn’t care at all that this has an impact when it comes to renewing your iPhone for a new one on the part of the user.

We are aware that the apple is growing day by day, but the company is already invaluable and is one of the most valuable brands according to prestigious lists such as Fortune, this means that they can slow down their expansion a little by helping the people to whom they owe their success, their customers. Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO and currently Steve Jobs’ replacement, has said that the battery program mentioned above will not bill the Californian firm for sales of new terminals and also pointed out that is something the customer deserves.
