Without alarming Roman, the operator guided the boy to get the necessary information about the situation. Roman indicated that his mother was on the floor, eyes closed and not breathing. The operator then asked the boy to try to move her to see if she would react, which she did not do . Roman then had to give his address, which he did without any problem, thus being able to mobilise the health services. Only 13 minutes later the assistants arrived, who had to break down the door because of the child’s inability to open it , finding Roman’s mother unconscious on the floor .
