Cook is a cooking and recipe application with which we can create and share our own recipe albums. It is not a simple app, but rather a kind of social network with which to discover the world of gastronomy in other countries or in our own.

Its new widget allows us the possibility to know the last albums of recipes created and published by other users. In the Notifications Center we’ll see an image divided into 3 sections with the user’s name, when the album was uploaded and the number of followers who have shared it.

Kitchen Stories

We continue with another kitchen application, Kitchen Stories, an app with a very elegant and visual design that allows us to discover all kinds of recipes in a pleasant and enjoyable way through videos, images and text.

The Kitchen Stories widget shows us “The recipe of the day” . A recommendation that changes every day in which we are presented with a small circular image of the dish, the title of the recipe and a brief description of it.

Today Remote

Today Remote offers an ideal widget for all music lovers. It will turn our Notification Center into a remote control for playing and listening to songs on your Mac. It also has support for all major music playback apps: Spotify, iTunes, Rdio, VOX and VLC.

Music Center

More music. The Music Center widget allows us to view our entire music library from the iOS 8 Notification Center on iPhone. We can explore its contents, skip songs, play or pause our songs with total ease – and it’s free!

Some time ago we presented you with a selection of weather widgets, but recently we discovered a new one, the Thermos widget. It offers us temperature and weather details in the Notification Center with a very visual and minimalist look. Temperature, humidity, wind chill…
