5.5-inch screen, 3 GB RAM and waterproof

After a few months of peace in the world of iPhone rumors, the first rumors of iPhone 7 are starting to drip. Some of the new features we’ll be seeing will look like the ones we’ve been seeing for years in the high-end Android .

Among other things, will increase the device’s RAM to 3 GB on the 5.5-inch model . Remember that the iPhone 6s already increased from 1 GB to 2 GB of RAM. This increase in memory could make a good sweep on the older iPhones, with iOS 9 being much more demanding on RAM, and iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 being left out of the equation.

We would be talking about Samsung’s RAM chips, specifically 12 Gb (1.5 GB) LPDDR4 , which will start mass production very soon.

Another feature that is more than just a flood, is water resistance. We already know that the iPhone 6s has a fairly large water resistance, and is capable of lasting underwater for a long time. It is true that we have no guarantee that it will continue to work well over time, which is why Apple does not even mention anything about water resistance. Not only will it be resistant to water, but also to dust, an agent that ends up inside our terminal over the years . It is not completely waterproof.

As always, the iPhone 7 will be introduced in the second half of the year, and will arrive in September. The most optimistic talk is that it will increase the company’s sales by 12.5% and its market share by 18.5% . The profit margin, as always, will remain huge compared to the rest of the industry.
